Using the stamp set Delightful Decorations out of the xmas mini, makes this xmas card a cinch! You can earn this set (or any in the xmas mini) for only $10 when you host a party in your home w/ qualifying sales! Then SU! has the perfect punch to punch out these cute little ornaments and therefore you do NO cutting! That's the way to go! Below you can see it a bit better but i used my 2 way glue pen to line the swirls and dumped on the dazzling diamonds for some sparkle!supplies:
