Noel Monthly Kit

ok so I havn't had a lot of time to stamp but tonight I MADE time! yeah! w/ Christmas gifts that came for the girls's teachers and other things that needed wrapping I just had to go down there and play for a bit. I quickly stamped them up since they did all the thinking for me and now I have the cards for the teachers ready to go! I did something different this year.... in the past I've stamped a stack of cards for the teachers but since i'm running out of time I went a different route and bought a 'KIT' that is ready to go for them to stamp the cards themselves!! sweet! The Everyday Occasions Kit check it out! u still have time to buy this for someone special you know...or yourself!;)

New Library App, 50% off kit & Freebie!

It's official—Digital Scrapbooking Day 2013 has arrived! And with style we might add. One of our talented concept artists, Jen Campbell, created this Moments Ago Stamp Brush Set . . . and since we LOVE our MDS fans so much we wanted to offer give you this amazing brush set for FREE today!!!

Moments Ago was created by one of our in house Concept Artists. Here’s what Jen said about the download: “Moments Ago is a collection of handwritten words. These are words I thought would tie in with memory keeping perfectly.”
Don’t you wish you wrote like this all the time?  Well, now at least you can with MDS! Click here (SP/EU) to get this free kit. (But it’s only FREE today, so don’t procrastinate)

Today our Daily deal is the Hello There Kit. Today only, you can get this kit for 50 percent off!

Hello There Kit
(NA, EU, SP)

This kit also happens to be Jen’s favorite, so of course we asked her create a layout using this kit and the new Moments Ago Kit.

Designed by: Jen Campbell  “My paper crafting addiction began when I discovered scrapbooking about 15 years ago.  I love taking a single photograph or memory and turning it into a work of art. Using MDS is a wonderful way to preserve memories. While I typically create with paper, there are some definite advantages to creating digitally. I certainly waste less paper. One of my favorite downloads of the last year is Hello There.  It’s a fun collection of papers, stamp brushes, and embellishments and works well for any type of project.  I love the colors, patterns, and elements in this download.”

Another one of our amazing design team members created two awesome projects using the Hello There Kit.

Designed by: Kim Van Diepen “This is one of my favorite kits because all the elements are universal for ANY layout or project.  With the ability to crop and change the colors of elements it makes this kit a must have. I loved this kit so much I decided to create a second project to share with you.”
Designed by: Kim Van Diepen “This project made me giddy with excitement because the process is simple and fun and uses the print and cut feature with my e-cutter.”
We hope you have fun using both of these kits to create your own work of art. Show us how you used the Hello There and Moments Ago Kit to be entered to win 20 dollars worth of MDS downloads.   Upload your project to the My Digital Studio gallery and tag it “Hello There” by November 13 to be entered to win. The My Digital Studio team will announce the winners on the November 15.
Join us tomorrow for more inspiration, a brand new video from our amazing training department and another Deal of the Day.

Fall has come!

so I love fall as I know many people do who live in the Midwest. It's refreshing, pretty and a wonderful break from the heat! It goes to say that stamping has recently been replaced w/ other projects that NEEDED to get done. This was an old headboard that had been spray painted a few times by others and needed some TLC. I sanded it all down and redid it in cream vintage.
This little beauty was bought on a sidewalk sale after I sold my old bedroom set and I needed a new side table. I thought it had potential and took my inspiration from Restoration Hardware.  Goodbye pretty little flowers;)
Ahh and this has been the biggest. My kitchen table that also needed to be refinished! I started sanding this past Friday night and just put the last coat of poly on this afternoon. What a good feeling to be done and have it looking all pretty again!
We had our Christian Ed auction for the school that the girls go to. A dear friend and I tackled making these cute little growth charts(thanks pinterest!!) We were rather tickled with how they came out!! I got the tickets and tags bundle just in time from SU! to make my little tags for them!
and one more thing to share in the craft dept is this barn board necklace holder ;) also was donated to the auction!

I did have a little stamping excitement tho! I got my FIRST paper pumpkin box in the mail! Below you can see the supplies I needed to make the cards. It took me 11 minutes to assemble and be done with 4 cute cards!
I did each one jut a little different from the next, Enjoy!
It's so easy to get started.
Simply sign up for the program by visiting mypaperpumpkin.com and click Get it. Every month a new, surprise project kit arrives at your doorstep. Just think of the anticipation of creating a fun project to pin, showoff, and share with your friends and family every month!
