Cost: $10 (you will make 7) $.50 each for any additionals that u would like to make
just tell me how many more and i will cut it for you. if you like you can stamp here and assemble your additional ones @ home

this would be a GREAT time to bring that special little person (i would suggest no younger than 7 yrs) to spend some quality time w/ you and make these for their friends, your neighbor kids, grandchildren, co-workers, youth group kids, daddy.... they are great for ANYONE bc YOU will fill them w/ candy... and who doesn't like CANDY and a hand made gift from you???!!!

They go together in a snap w/ a little stamping, a bit of folding, add a smidge of **glitter** and some punching and you are finished! i will assist you every step of the way!

I have attached a picture of two that we will be making and there are 2 more that will be a surprise, but are just as cute!

***please bring your own adhesive, if you forget, i will have SNAIL available for $7***

so it's not so crazy in my basement, if need be i will offer two classes ok!? Please rsvp soon!

Can't wait to see you next week!

Very Vintage

We had a friend recently lose her Mom to a very short battle with cancer and so wanted to make a simple sympathy card.

This is my new Jumbo very vintage wheel. using the 2 way glue pen i added some dazzling diamonds

it's so hard to capture the dazzling shine of these diamonds in a picture but you can get the idea here.

This is a very old retired color and i don't even remember the name of it! Do you? I happened to have a snipit of the ribbon to match... ha ! can you believe it? That's what you call 'saving everything!"  i think it was when wild wasabi first came out. Never mind it was killin me so i had to look it up. Groovy Guava *wink*

supplies:
paper: groovy guava, early expresso, very vanilla
stamps: very vintage jumbo wheel, thoughts & prayers
ink: early espresso
tools: scallop oval punch, 2 way glue pen
accessories: dazzling diamonds, silver brad, double stitched groovy guava ribbon

Wedding sweet

i think the white organza ribbon from su! just screams wedding elegance. Here i used the new Marina Mist w/ soft suede and the rhinestone bling to give a bit of shine. Pop the sentiment up on a dimensional to make it stand out. The over spray is from the log cabin smooch spritz found on p. 195 in the big caty. to give it justice u really got to see it up close in your hands, it actually has a sparkly shine to it.(only $4,95) It's really pretty! so each of these cards got just one squirt and it's done.
supplies:
paper: soft suede, marina mist, whisper white
ink: marina mist, soft suede stampin write markers
stamps: wedding sweet
tools: log cabin smooch spritz, circle punche, itty bitty punch pack
accessories: white organza ribbon, rhinetones, stampin dimensionals

Medallion

check out the sentiment... you can see what I'm making more of! ;P Same concept as yesterday but using the new IN COLOR Peach Parfait. Isn't it pretty? I actually like this one better than yesterdays. not sure if you can tell on here, but when u hold it in your hand i used the Versamark for the first image on this card. I like it much better
than tone on tone. It's crisp but not so strong? Make sense?
You can see my crumpling up and then i just got happy with my punches. All done in a snap!

Supplies:
paper: peach parfait, very vanilla, early espresso
ink: early espresso, peach parfait
stamps: medallion, absolutely fabulous
tools: 5 petal flower punch, boho blossoms flower punch, small oval punch
accessories: stampin dimensionals, 1/2 pearl

Medallion

Capturing the elegance of this single stamp the Medallion is so
simple to do and can be done so MANY different ways! I hope
this one never retires;) Here i stamped it first on melon mambo
w/ melon mambo ink and then again on very vanilla with pink
pirouette ink.
Then just trimmed down my very vanilla piece and put on top of the other w/ dimensionals just like fitting a puzzle piece together i guess! I stamped it once more on scrap melon mambo and used the 1/2" circle punch, crumpled it up, roughed the edges a bit, added a rhinestone and it's complete! Isn't this new 1/2" Chantilly ribbon so dainty? I love it! Only $6.95!

Using a word from the set on your birthday i added my phrase for
inside on a piece of matted very vanilla card stock.

Supplies:
paper: melon mambo, very vanilla
ink: melon mambo, pink pirouette
stamps: medallion, whimsical words, on your birthday
tools: 1/2" circle punch
accessories: 1/2" Chantilly ribbon, rhinestone, stampin dimensionals

Hannah getting the ride of her life w/ Auntie Erica, she loves those horses!

Jaden & Haley bouncing around

Visiting w/ cousin Sarah from MI over Labor Day weekend

Hannah working hard on the dreaded job of picking up walnuts! My folks have 3 very large trees that shed these suckers like crazy and you have to pick them up b4 the lawn can be mowed. I picked 8 of these baskets heaping full w/ the help of the 3 little kidos... if you can call it help:)

I just heard!!!!

so those of us who have been blessed with children know the excitement you feel when you know you are carrying a little life inside of you....lately i feel like i've heard of so many and i'm having a hard time keeping up w/ making new and exciting cards to share in their excitement with them! ;) this is one that i made four of and they are all gone! i found this super dooper cute lil prego lady in a dollar bin @ Michael's *gasp* yes i do shop there (once) in a while... and i just had to have her! the bottle came with her too and a few others but they aren't very cute.
so after adding Stampin Up! ribbon, rhinestones, punch and dsp... i like how it all comes together! I have to make it a smidge 'vintage' by rolling that upper left hand corner of my whisper white paper...not sure why.... it just didn't look done to me w/o it! *wink*
supplies:
paper:pear pizzaz, tangerine tango, whisper white, so saffron dsp
ink:pear pizzaz, choc chip
stamps: (Michael's $1 bin), absolutely fabulous
tools: scallop border punch, matte pack
accessories: rhinestones, pear pizzaz ribbon
