i think i seen this idea on the
www.mydigitalstudio.net but not sure who did it. I kept a white background. brought in my big picture. then put the torn edges stamp all around it. changed the stamp color to white. the small vintage frame strip is from downtown grunge kit embellishments. the flower stamp is from friends 24-7 and colored gray....
