scraps, scraps, scraps. Today's challenge to myself was to gather scraps from my table and use them up to make something cute, or throw them away. These chipboard circles where laying there FOR.EVA. Seriously. just couldn't' throw them away. well they turned into a decent little baby boy thank you I think, so I guess it was worth dusting around them for a year;) hehe

a handsome little fellow was born to a friend of mine from church. With a head full of dark hair and little cheeks to kiss, what's not to love!!?? I'm really liking the 3x3 size of thank you notes for babies. I think they are just too cute. For this momma I added some of that glitter paper, I know it's not so very manly, but I thought it worked!supplies:
paper: crumb cake, silver glitter paper, SAB dsp
ink: lucky limeade, calypso coral
stamps: patterned occasions, six sided sampler(sentiment)

baby thank yous
Hope you have all had a wonderful 4th of July weekend! We are on the road for a wedding in IN...we've had beautiful warm days and spent all day of the 4th by our outdoor pool here @ the hotel. Kids enjoyed very much....I enjoyed my chair and magazine...water was FRIGID!!! ;) Then we made it to Noblesville to watch the firework show! Suburb of Indianapolis. Nothing quite as American as watching a good fire show on the 4th... a man near us said and I couldn't agree w/ him more!! This is the kidos on the way home after the show!

Using all different scraps of dsp it was fun to see what color combos we could come up with! They were both baby boys....
