Made this for my little gift tag to add to the gift bag for the little girl of my cousins! Scallop Circles die assisted me it getting this done! Both of the scallop circles are from that die #2. Then the leaf is also an addition from the big shot. (Sizzlits little leaves) My tip for the congrats... if you don't have a very steady hand w/ snipping... I stamped it on whisper white, then punched it out with the 1 1/4" circle punch and then the center of the circle w/ the 1/2" circle punch.. then all you have to do is make two straight snips on the straight part of the 'C'!supplies:
paper: melon mambo, whisper white, so saffron dsp, razzleberry lemonade dsp (for the leaves)
ink: melon mambo
stamps: eight great greetings
tools: big shot, sizzlits little leaves, scallop circles #2 die, 1 1/4" circle punch, 1/2" circle punch, texture plates (for the raised polka dots)
accessories: stampin dimensionals (to raise the small scallop circle up)
