Take a seat

this is a little peak @ what Ang, Teresa and i made for our children's teachers. i really like how they came together. The fab urban oasis dsp(retired) came in very nicely. perfect for this. my little chair i thought fit the theme of school eh? we bought the pen and paper @ walmart and then just built around it. the pen has a tight rolled of strip of the matching dsp in it so it all coordinates. stay tuned for the other style!

this card is a CASE of one i seen on split coast stampers. it was so stinkin clean and cute i had to try my own version. I really like how it all came out  w/ a bit of different colors. those pearls are way too pretty. I'm trying to break my terrible habit of hoarding all things pretty. my stash is just getting way to big!

supplies:
paper: old olive, cherry cobbler, blushing bride dsp(hostess level 1 pack)
ink: blushing bride, old olive, cherry cobbler, daffodil delight
stamps: for all you do

For all you do

this is a super clean and simple card. a little clear embossing powder and that block of flowers stamp are the focal point. I added a dot of glue to the center of the flowers and then dazzling diamonds on top. the stamp a ma jig helped me get the parenthesis around my saying evenly and then to finish it all off the concord crush ribbon and a little scrap of pretty in pink satin.

supplies:
paper; pretty in pink
ink: versamark, crushed concord
stamps: for all you do
tools: stamp a ma jig
accessories: pretty in pink satin ribbon, crushed concord ribbon, dazzling diamonds, clear embossing powder

word blocks

well today we had a fun scrap get together @ Ang's house and she had the fabulous idea of making these oober cool blocks! do you likes? She and her Mom cut/sanded all the wood for us(thanks a ton!) and then we could paint and decorate accordingly. Teresa graciously painted my blocks black for me since i was late in coming and then we used the Cricut to cut out the letters and embellished as we wish!

supplies:
paper: love letters dsp, marina mist
stamps: en francis background stamp

Dasher

The last to share of our SAS here. one stamp and this card POPS! I think it's pretty self explanatory. the shimmer you can see in the picture is from the vanilla smooch spritz. How cool is that? I love it! I made the whole card and then one spray over the whole thing!

tip: once again, scratched the edges w/ my finger nail to distress it

supplies:
paper: bashful blue, early espresso, whisper white, garden green
ink: early espresso
stamps: dasher
tools: big shot, snowflake impression folder, spiral punch
accessories: vanilla smooch spritz, sponges

Sense of time

SAS card #3 was a masculine birthday. Comes out nicely with this stamp set. simple clean lines and quick to put together.
i just used a circle punch to pop out that lower dial and snuck a dimensional under it to give the card a smidge of dimension. and i like to rough up the spiral punch area too...make it look like you ripped it out!

supplies:
paper: river rock, wild wasabi, whisper white, early espresso, crumb cake
ink: crumb cake, wild wasabi
stamps: one your birthday, sense of time
tools: circle punch, modern label punch, spiral punch, big shot, square lattice impression folder
accessories: brad, stampin dimensionals

Contemporary Christmas

Card #2 of our Stamp a Stack! Those wheels make a matching card/envelope ensemble in a snap! This new set is just too much fun! so i cut one piece and left the end dangle outside of my impression folder when i embossed the top part. that way we could roll the wheel along w/o any bumps!
supplies:
paper: real red, very vanilla
ink: real red, basic black
stamps: Contemporary Christmas,
tools: big shot, impression folder, ornament punch, standard wheel handle
accessories: dazzling diamonds, stampin dimensionals

Tree Trimmings

This is the first of the cards to share with you that we just made @ camp this week! It was my Christmas Party/Stamp a Stack to celebrate the Christmas Season, but also to thanks each attendee for the past yrs. business! I so appreciate each one of you!
Hard to capture the simple elegance of this one in a picture but it really was all sparkly and gorgeous! Stamp a ma jig is a must with this stamp set so you can get that string all lined up nicely above your ornament! supper frustrating when it's dangling in mid air and your ornament is 'floating'....
Got some shabby chic going on w/ the soft suede piece. If you don't own the distressing tool...scratch your finger nail along the edges and 'rough' it up a bit and then i just rolled one corner over. I lick my finger tip to get it started and then rub back and forth till it's rolled like you like it! sounds kinda gross... but really it works for me and i have $17 to spend on something else Stampin Up instead of the distressing tool! ;P

supplies:
paper: soft suede, river rock, very vanilla
ink: soft suede
stamps: tree trimmings
tools: big shot, snowflake impression folder, xtra large decorative label punch
accessories: sponge, stampin dimensionals, dazzling diamonds
