It was my MIL birthday this week tues and i wanted to make her a little stack of cards to accompany her gift. The top one was her birthday card and then the little stack was her matching gift. I just love how it all came together and very simply too! Do you notice the little 'bling' on the flowers? Those are the new selfadheasive rhinstones in the big caty.... they ROCK! so no messin' w/ mini glue dots! yeah! I will be buying the pearls next! the cards just sparkle w/ that little stone!
This is the new in color poppy parade paired w/ wild wasabi. You can see the new 1/2" stiched poly (poppy parade)ribbon and the 1/8" daffodil delight being used as well. Very nice to work with and soft too!
supplies:
paper: poppy parade, wild wasabi, whisper white
ink: poppy parade, wild wasabi
stamps: apple blossom
tools: circle punches, scallop edge punch
accessories: linen thread, white gel pen, ribbons, rhinestones

pick a petal
so this is the first stamping i got to play with since chase has been born. My friend Rachel and i were due approx 1 week apart and she had a little girl! So i wanted to make a little stack of thank you's to give to her in the hospital along w/ a bit of bling of course!
Using that textured cardstock gives you a flashy card very quickly! Here i used pink pourette and early espresso. Love them together!
supplies:
paper: pink pourette, early espresso
ink: pretty in pink, early espresso
stamps: pick a petal, thank you kindly
tools: circle punch
accessories: green buttons, mini glue dots
