Baby time
Simplicity in pink. A giraffe with a itty bitty pearl for her eye is pretty cute! The tiny strip of sparkle along the side, makes it feel all girly!
Elephants and monkeys wishing a warm congrats to a new baby boy! two little pieces of washi tape are easy to add and below that star embellishment with a little twine tied on is all you need!

coffee & friends
This stamp set is the perfect one for me. I LOVE coffee and and LOVE friends. Put the two together and they truly are the perfect blend! Here i used black stazon ink on water color paper before i painted it with the aqua painter. Pulling a little early espresso from the lid of the ink pad i shaded just a tad around the left side and top of the cup. Cut it out. Stamped again on dsp, cut out for my band around the cup and finish it off with a little linen thread bow!

i think you're pretty swell
Man, these large stamps are rather awesome! One stamp and your card is full!
the yellow twine is some strands of the thick bakers twine pulled apart. To tie through a button it's a bit thick IMO, but when you pull it apart, it's just right.

so very kind of you
my chalkboard trial. So this chalkboard paper is in the Occasions Mini right now and it just looks really fun! I tried out the yellow citrus pad. Stamped it and it is a very thick ink(craft) and was NOT drying/absorbing into the paper.( I never thought to flip the paper over, and i don't read instructions) so i decided i had to emboss or i would have a very messy sheet of chalkboard! I used clear embossing powder and it's all good. But...it no longer looks like chalk, so back to the mini i go where i read, "One side of the heavy paper has a smooth grain that pairs perfectly with white stampin' Chalk Marker and the OTHER side is perfect for the craft stampin' ink.... ding ding!!;)

thanks much
Butterflies and flowers made me think spring today and i dusted of my edgelit for a little extra pizzaz! The magnetic platform is a MUST in anyone's crafting room that uses any framelits, edgelits ect. I lent mine out so used just my regular cutting platform for doing this. Oh.my.word. u know how many times i had to cut to get it right?! Everytime i ran it through it would move just a smidge and be crooked. cant have that on a pretty card;) So i kept trying and got it eventually.
Punches and a little bling put this card together rather quickly!
